S.O.2016（E）--中央政府行使第16条第（1）款和第（2）款赋予的权力，并结合2016年印度标准局（2016年11月11日）第25条第（3）款的规定， 在咨询印度标准局之后，现认为有必要为公众利益而作出以下指令，以修订2019年透明浮法玻璃（质量控制）指令，即：-
1.简称和生效日期——（1）本指令可称为《2020年透明浮法玻璃（质量控制）（修订）指令》。
（2）本指令自其在政府公报刊登之日起生效。
2.在《2019年透明浮法玻璃（质量控制）指令》第1款第（2）项中，文字和数字“2020年7月1日”应替换为“2021年1月1日”。

2. 在2020年安全玻璃（质量控制）指令的第一段第（2）小节中，以下小节将被替换，即
“（2）本指令自2021年4月1日起生效。”

印度政府钢铁部指令
新德里 2020年
S.O.----(E) 在行使2016年印度标准法第16条（2016年第11号）所赋予的权力时，中央政府在咨询标准局后，认为有必要为公共利益做出必要或权宜之计。 特此作出如下指令，即： -
（1）该指令可称为2020年钢及钢制品（质量控制）第3指令
（2）该指令生效日期由钢铁部决定。
（3）该指令适用于表1第（3）栏规定的钢铁产品，符合外国买方要求的任何其他规范的出口钢铁产品除外.
2.符合标准和基本要求.-表1第（3）栏规定的各钢铁产品应符合表格第（2）栏规定的相应印度标准，生效日期在第（5）栏中。
3.强制使用标准标识--表1第(3)栏所列的每一种钢材和钢材产品，均应按照印度标准(合格评定)局《2018年印度标准(合格评定)规例》附表- II -计划- I的规定，在标准局颁发的证书许可下打上标准标识。
4.认证和执法机构.-印度标准局应是本指令中规定的钢铁产品，货物和物品的认证和执行机构。
5.违反处罚 - 任何违反本指令任何规定的人员应根据2016年印度标准法局的规定予以处罚。
6.印度标准中修订或修订的生效日期 - 本指令适用于标准局对表1中规定的任何印度标准的任何修订或修订，生效日期由标准局通过本署发出通知。
