印度BIS注册低压开关设备和控制设备- 2023年电气设备（质量控制）修正令
S.O. 2132(E).—为行使《2016年印度标准局法》（2016年第11号）第16条和第25条所赋予的权力，中央政府在咨询印度标准局后，认为为了公共利益有必要或适合做出如下决策，特此发布以下命令，以修订《2020年电气设备（质量控制）令》，即：
1. 简称和生效 (1) 本命令可称为《2023年电气设备（质量控制）修正令》。
(2) 本命令将从本命令表的第（5）栏中提及的日期开始生效。
2. 如果本指令表格第 (7) 栏中针对表格第 (6) 栏中指定的相应产品类别提到了任何产品特定要求，则应适用该产品特定要求，第(3)栏中规定的印度标准应从其第(5)栏中规定的日期起不再适用。"
