注意：还规定，如果任何经印度标准局认证的制造商或任何已向印度标准局申请认证的制造商在本命令生效之前，根据《2016年印度标准局法案》（2016年第11号）第18节第（4）分节的规定，对其在本命令生效之前生产或进口的无印度标准局标志的鞋类产品的旧库存进行申报，则应允许该制造商在2025年6月30日之前销售、展示或要约销售这些申报库存。
