Order

New Delhi, the 5th December, 2019

S.O. 4353(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) and (2) 16 read with subsection(3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016) , the Central Government after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following order, namely:-

1.Short title, and commencement一（1）This order may be called the Air Conditioner and its related Parts, Hermetic Compressor and Temperature Sensing Controls (Quality Control) Order, 2019.

(2) It shall come into force with effect from 01.06.2020.

2.Conformity to standards and compulsory use of Standard Mark.- Goods or articles specified in column (1) of the Table shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard given in column (2) of the Table and shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau as per Scheme-I of Schedule-II of the BIS (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018.

Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to goods or article meant for export.

3. Certification and enforcement authority-In respect of the goods or articles specified in column (2) of the Table.

Note : For the purposes of this Table, the latest version of Indian Standard including the amendment thereof notified by the Bureau from time to time, shall apply from date of such notification.

S.O.4353 (E). 在行使2016年《印度标准法》第16条第(1)款和第(2)款及第25条第(3)款赋予的权力时，中央政府在咨询标准局后，认为有必要为公共利益做出必要或权宜之计。 特此作出如下指令，即： -

1.简称和生效- （1）该命令可称为2019年空调及其相关部件，气密压缩机和温度传感控制(质量控制)指令

（2）该指令自2020年6月1日起生效。

2.强制使用标准标识--列表第(1)栏所列的商品或物品应符合表第（2）栏中指定的相应印度标准，应按照印度标准(合格评定)局《2018年印度标准(合格评定)规例》附表- II -计划- I的规定，在该局颁发的许可证下打上标准标识。

但本订单规定不适用于出口货物或物品

3.认证和强制执行-对于列表第（1）栏中指定的商品或物品，印度标准局应为根据本指令对标准标识进行认证和强制执行的机构。
