New Delhi, the 24^th January,2020

S.O.344(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Acetic Acid(Quality Control)order,2019 published by the Ministry of chemicals and fertilizers, department of chemicals and petrochemicals, namely:-

In the said order, in paragraph 1, for sub paragragh(2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted namely:-

(2) This order shall come into force on the 3^rd August, 2020”

S.O.344 (E). 在行使2016年《印度标准法》第16条第(1)款和第(2)款及第25条第(3)款赋予的权力时，中央政府在此针对已由印度化学品和化学肥料部发布的2019醋酸（质量控制）指令特此作出如下改动，即： -

在上述指令的第一段第（2）分段，应被修改为

（2）该指令于2020年8月3日起生效。
