India electronic and IT department had issued the "Electronics and information technology products (mandatory registration requirements)decree" on September 7,2012, and the official effective date of the decree is July 3,2013.the decree has controlled 8 kinds of information technology products and 5 kinds of audio and video products,2 kinds of household appliances, the decree has provided the related appliances and Information technology products must conduct the corresponding standard test and registration in the lab which authorized by BIS,and mark the related marking.
