1. Papers submit

Application sheet;

All papers the importer requires for notarization;

The company's business license for notarization application;

Samples (if ECE, DOT test reports are given, the translation versions of original test reports can be provided effectively for notarization);

2. Procedures

1) Application papers preparation

2) The application papers are translated into Spanish

3) The application papers and application sheet are sent to local council for the promotion of international trade for notarization

4) The papers are changed to Beijing Foreign ministry by local council for the promotion of international trade

5) All papers are notarized by Beijing Foreign ministry

6) All papers are delivered to Venezuelan Embassy in China for certification

7) The Venezuelan Embassy in China countersigns all papers for certification

8) Papers are returned to local council for the promotion of international trade

9) Local council for the promotion of international trade returns the papers to applicant

3. Certification period

15-20 working days almost for whole application

4. Notes

1) All papers should be in Spanish. No special requirements for translation. The self translation version also can be accepted.

2) Deposit for the certification should be paid to the local branch of the council for the promotion of international trade which will advance the costs related to embassy later.

3) All papers should be firstly translated to Spanish and then submitted for notarization as per the clients’ requirements. The products test report, invoices, bill of lading, slaughter permit, commodity inspection certificate issued by commodity inspecting company, policy of insurance issued by insurance company, etc…can be for notarization.

4) Application sheet needs no company sign and stamp and can be filled at the local council for the promotion of international trade. It is the acceptance of the enterprises delegation by the local council for the certification application.

5) The foreign companies can not apply for the embassy certification in China, only the papers from China can be allowed.

6) Cross-regional application in China is allowed. E.g. the company located in Shandong can apply for certification in Zhejiang CCPIT.

7) The papers issued in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui are sent to Shanghai Consulate General but not the Beijing foreign ministry. If for the application of Shandong companies to the Zhejiang CCPIT, the papers will be sent to the Venezuelan embassy in Beijing. If for the application of companies in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui to the Shandong CCPIT, the papers will be delivered to the Shanghai Consulate General.

8) The Venezuelan embassy will return the clients the papers including application papers, proving papers of CCPIT, proving papers of embassy and embassy certification after notarization.

9) The commercial papers for certification should be provided two copies, one of which will be left at the embassy.
