Since 2012, the production date of tires reapplying the GCC should not exceed the certificate application date half a year early. This regulation sets a date limit to the production date of the tire stock indicated on the GCC certificate. In other words, the application should pay attention to the beginning date of the certificate validity and the production date of the tire stock. For the failure conformity to the rule, GCC certificate will not be approved by GSO.
